Flux Cored Wire Grater
The flux-cored wire post-treatment process is a process of cleaning the surface of the welding wire after the wire is drawn. Reducing the wire drawing powder on the surface of the welding wire will help improve the wire feedability and reduce the diffusible hydrogen content of the deposited metal.

The steel strip rewinding unit is a process that unwinds the raw steel strip from a roll and rewinds it to an I-wheel. The unit is controlled by a PLC to coordinate the flat disk unwinding machine, I-wheel take-up machine and servo cable arrangement.

(5) The outer diameter of the steel strip reel is 1600MM, the flat surface is processed by gantry milling, and the take-up speed is >500M/MIN
(6) The control method is upgraded to frequency converter torque control, which makes the control more stable, easier to operate, and will not cause stretching and deformation of the steel strip.
